This is mandatory pilgrimage from New Jersey twice a year, in order to savor the delicious eggplant pizza, don't get me wrong, grandma pizza is great, spinach roll are superb, but the eggplant pizza is the reason why we are coming back religiously. Never disappointed!! I am schedule again around Thanksgiving!!!
When I was a kid, Tony's Pizzeria was run by a husband and wife and their teenage son helped. Eventually, the pizzeria closed and some time later, the son reopened it in the same location. This place is part of my childhood memories so there's sentimental meaning but the pizza is also delicious. The son carried on his father's legacy and is still making the same great pizza his father used to make. I usually get the buffalo chicken pizza or a margarita slice. Price is comparable to other pizzeria's in the area. Dine in seating is limited but the establishment is clean and the staff is friendly.

Me and my boyfriend have been making a special trip to Tony's pizza every year while visiting Dyker Heights for their spectacular Christmas lights. We accidentally stumbled upon this joint during our first visit and were incredibly impressed with both the friendliness of the staff and the AMAZING pizza (vodka slice is the absolute best followed by margherita with fresh garlic). Now we make sure to go each year and bring friends and family each time and everyone is consistently impressed. This is on the top of my list of NY pizzas, and I have tried many... You will not regret a trip to Tony's!!!

Fantastic family run business with amazing pizza, great service, and decent prices. Stumbled upon this place on our way to catch the train back to Manhattan and what a find. 9 of us turned up and were welcomed in by the owner who went out of his way to make sure we seated together and went through the menu options with us. In the end we ordered 2 large pizzas to share, some French Fries and Rice Balls. The Pizza’s were huge, and the sauce was fantastic, we couldn’t finish all the food and ended up taking some home with us. The staff here were brilliant and made us feel appreciated. Can’t wait to return, and next time will try the Philly Cheesesteak which looked awesome. Including drinks, our total came in at around 70.
Vodka slices are always great. I also really like their eggplant parm. Delivery is always pretty fast. Good prices... can’t complain (:
